Job Description Summary The Source-to-Pay (S2P) Business Systems Manager is responsible for the end-to-end enablement and optimization of Sonesta's sourcing-to-payment ecosystem, including sourcing, contract and vendor management, procurement, invoicing, payment, and cash visibility.
This role serves as the functional owner, systems analyst, and project lead for S2P tools and workflows, focusing on driving adoption, policy adherence, automation, and actionable reporting. Partnering across Procurement, Finance, Operations, IT, and vendors, the role ensures existing systems are effectively leveraged to improve financial insight, operational efficiency, and cash forecasting. The position emphasizes systems, analytics, and cross-functional execution, not transactional processing.
Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesS2P Systems Ownership & Optimization
- Own functional design, governance, and optimization of S2P platforms (including Nexus and Yardi)
- Design integrated workflows connecting sourcing, contracts, POs, invoices, and payments
- Identify opportunities to reduce system fragmentation and improve automation and controls
- Lead training efforts and develop documentation to support end-user adoption and compliance with S2P policies and best practices
Sourcing, Contracts & Vendor Enablement
- Enable contract lifecycle visibility and linkage to purchasing and invoicing
- Support sourcing and vendor/labor management (VMS) needs through system design and integration
- Ensure supplier, pricing, and contract data flows downstream accurately
Project Leadership & Adoption
- Lead cross-functional S2P initiatives and enhancement projects
- Drive adoption of tools and processes that reinforce P2P/S2P policy compliance
- Define project objectives, success metrics, and post-implementation performance tracking
Reporting, Analytics & Cash Visibility
- Develop reporting and dashboards for spend, contracts, cycle times, exceptions, and supplier compliance
- Enhance commitment, accrual, and liability visibility to support cash forecasting
- Translate S2P data into decision-ready insights for Finance and Procurement leadership
Strategic AP Enablement
- Provide systems oversight and analytical support to Accounts Payable
- Ensure S2P workflows support internal controls, GAAP compliance, and efficient processing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Procurement Operations, or Financial Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems
- Experience acting as a systems owner or functional analyst for AP, procurement or ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of sourcing, contract management, P2P workflows, and payment controls
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

Additional Job Information/Anticipated Pay Range Pay Range: $87,000 to $100,000. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific overall experience.
