_*Licensed Clinical Therapist *_
*Cinnamon Hills Youth Crisis Center (Cinnamon Hills) has an opening for a Therapist to join its Therapy Team. *
*POSITION DESCRIPTION:*
Our therapists play a critical role in the creation, direction, and implementation of a treatment plan for each Student in Cinnamon Hills' care. Each therapist helps students learn coping skills so that they are able to succeed in their home learning and living environments. The therapist will help Students develop confidence, self-esteem, and mental resilience. As the students learn new skills, therapists help them to apply these coping skills in the Student's daily activities. Therapists will use individual, family, and group therapy sessions to accomplish the Student's therapy objectives.
*POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Provide quality, comprehensive, and well-integrated clinical services, with a focus on trauma-based care. Your day will include 8 hours of direct and indirect therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, providing treatment, and discharge planning, as well as other services necessary or appropriate for each student.
* Provide Students with individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy involving peers.
* Participate in the Treatment Team.
* Timely create all required treatment documentation to include in monthly Student Progress Reports.
* Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Team Meetings with the Academic department.
* Maintain licensure consistent with State requirements, attend necessary or appropriate continuing education to maintain any professional memberships.
* May be required to accept calls at night or on the weekend due to unexpected student behaviors.
* Responsible for learning and following the Program Structure and for upholding the rules of the program.
* Responsible for other duties as assigned.
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS:*
* Must have a current Ph.D., Psy.D., CSW, LCSW, MFT, ACMHC, or CMHC license or have passed the clinical exams required to obtain these licensures.
* Background screening clearance.
* Fluent in both English/Spanish desired (Speaking/Writing).
* Experience in mental health, substance abuse, and family treatment.

This provides each student with the opportunity to engage effectively in the full scope of academic and therapeutic services.
