Qualifications
- Technical degree or certification in a related field.
- Experience with performance tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skills: Proficiency in using and maintaining performance measurement tools.
- Knowledge of calibration standards and procedures.
- Technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Familiarity with inventory and parts management systems.
Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and repair various types of performance tools and equipment.
- Calibration and Testing: Perform routine calibrations and tests to ensure tools are functioning accurately.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and performance issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of service, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Regular Servicing: Schedule and execute regular maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal tool performance.
- Customer Service: Provide support and respond to inquiries from internal or external customers regarding tool performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when handling tools and equipment.
- Parts Management: Order and replace parts as necessary to keep tools in working order.
