Department Overview

This role provides operational leadership for Community Hematology and Oncology (CHO), along with communitybased Palliative Care, across five community practice locations. The position ensures consistent, highquality care delivery and strong alignment with OHSU and Knight Cancer clinical, operational, and strategic priorities.

The role additionally serves as the OHSU CoManager for the OHSU Knight–Legacy Health Cancer Collaboration under a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA). Each organization appoints a comanager who jointly oversees daily operations of the collaboration, implements Executive Committee decisions, and functions as a liaison between their home organization and the Executive Committee.

The position also manages two collaboration practice sites in Clark County, Washington, and oversees partnership management for additional JOAs, including Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria and Adventist Health Columbia Gorge in The Dalles.

This is a hybrid position that requires onsite presence as well as regular travel to community and partner practice locations.

administrative functions across multiple perioperative and pain care settings. It is distinguished from
