PAY RANGE: $22.00USD – $24.00 USD* + $1.50/hour shift differential (for 3rd shift)
PAY/WAGE TYPE: Hourly| Non-exempt
WORK HOURS: Full-time, 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position supports Plaskolite’s operational goals by minimizing unplanned downtime, improving equipment reliability, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Maintenance Technicians are expected to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to sustain optimal plant performance.
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality—reflecting Plaskolite’s core values of Integrity and Improvement.
