You will report directly to our Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, the impact of a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager is comprehensive, encompassing strategic growth, financial performance, risk management, valuation, due diligence, legal compliance, integration planning, stakeholder relations, market and competitive analysis, deal execution, post-merger performance monitoring, long-term strategy, and shareholder value. Your role is instrumental in shaping the organization's M&A strategy, ensuring that deals align with its goals and contribute to its long-term success.

Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate strategic fit
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related roles
- Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and perform valuation analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
