You will report directly to our
Program Controls Manger and work out of our
Minneapolis, MN at 2600 Ridgway Pkwy or our
Plymouth, MN location at 12001 State Highway 55 location on a
Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES - Development of Initial Program Baselines
- Prepare and Analyze Internal Cost Report Data
- EAC Management on Assigned Programs
- Compliant Baseline Change Management
- Ensure Cost and Schedule Integration
- Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team
- Apply EVM Knowledge and Procedures to Program
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Beginner/Intermediate level EVM (Earned Value Management) experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- US Citizenship due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE - Bachelor's degree in business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- User experience of SAP system
- Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management
- Project Management certification
- Cost Reporting Experience: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
- Integrated Master Schedule Experience: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $82,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
