ISC Analytics Specialist II

Job Description

As a ISC Analytics Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization.

You will report directly to our Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

This is a critical analyst role with the Aerospace ISC Analytics organization. The position will be a member of a team that supports multiple ISC functions, including Quality, Procurement, Planning, Customer Operations, ISC Engineering and Delivery to provide critical data analytics and interpretations. This position requires considerable coordination and ability to meet deadlines and expectations, including the following key responsibilities:

  • Develops operational & functional metric data and coordinates with other functions to insure consistency and data integrity.
  • Enables management operating system (MOS) and works with Director-level staff to gather, consolidate, and summarize information at the Aerospace or Function level, including key metrics, monthly highlights, and quarterly ops review material.
  • Reviews analytics outputs to ensure accuracy before releasing to internal and external customers.
  • Provides data visualizations including creating, updating, and supporting databases and reports with key metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Work directly with global Aerospace functions and sites to design new Aerospace standard analytic processes that enable operational improvement.
  • Prepares presentation materials for both internal and external communications.


YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 or more years of experience in data analytics, reporting and dashboard development.
  • 2 or more years of experience in data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL), using SQL Server integration services (SSIS) or DataIQ or Alteryx in large scale environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills, with particular emphasis on data retrieval, analysis and reporting.


We Value

  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in a technical discipline (e.g., IT Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering/Science /Analytics etc.)
  • 2 years of experience in SQL Programming and SQL server database.
  • 2 years of experience in Tableau dashboard development.
  • SAP/Functional experience in Planning and Procurement.
  • Requires a high degree of initiative and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving capability with creativity in providing solutions to new issues or in exploring alternatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills


Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2 or more years of experience in data analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and data governance.
