As a Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr Advanced here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that drive innovation and efficiency in our Engines & Power Operations Center. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers and enhances our product offerings. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies that enhance productivity and improve product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.


YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Special Process Coatings Cementation with background in coatings (aluminizing).

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering) (Software Engineering).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
  • SCADA software is a plus
