Establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with the near-term supply requirements. You will be supporting a large business in which you will develop and execute procurement of parts and services that will meet the financial plan for the current quarter and ensure actions are in place to achieve the full year annual operating plan. You will have responsibilities to manage a set of critical suppliers that are part of the Focused Supplier Recovery (FSR) group. You will ensure improvements in delivery and quality, reductions in past dues, increases in output, and ensuring supplier future commitments are in alignment with Honeywell needs. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, DPAS requirements, and all Export /Import regulations.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Delivery of required products and services from critical suppliers during the next 13 weeks.
- Ensuring quality and delivery are improved and achieve demand requirements.
- Identify risks and ensure proper actions are in place for both the near term and longer term.
- Provide inputs to the Supplier Development team for longer term rate readiness issues to enable resolution. Ensure alignment to these plans with the supplier executives / senior leaders.
- Leadership within function and business to execute the overall business strategy and drive results
- Ensure executive, middle management, and individual contributor relationship development and management with the suppliers.
- Align strategy and actions with Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Development, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Honeywell Businesses
- Improve procurement processes / performance with effective management operating system. Follow the FSR organizational MOS and standard work.
- Manage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformation
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

- International experience with exposure to High Growth Regions
- Cross functional experience at the interfaces of engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing
- Master’s Degree
