Experienced ISC Project Management Coordinator - 1st shift

Job Description

As an Experienced ISC Project Management Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing Integrated Supply Chain projects to ensure timely and efficient execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project schedules, track progress, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to drive project success.

You will report directly to our Project Management Lead, and you’ll work out of our Glendale, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, thereby supporting Honeywell’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders


Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to support Integrated Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in project coordination or project management within supply chain or related operations.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies to effectively track and report project status.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project tracking software to manage schedules and resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or supply chain project management roles.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Supply Chain processes and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
