Clinical RN Supervisor – ASC/Pre-Surgical Services

Join Vancouver Clinic as an RN Supervisor with our ASC Surgery Coordination/Pre-Admission Services. Be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical care and coordination in a patient-focused environment.

Compensation: generally between $98,120-$121,600/year and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave - Vancouver, WA 98664)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a-5p

Responsibilities to include: This role oversees Pre-Admission RNs, Nurse Navigators, GI Direct Access RNs and OR controller, ensuring high quality, patient-centered care and efficient surgical coordination.
  • Provide leadership, training, and orientation for new staff (communicate and implement new processes)
  • Supervise hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, etc. for pre-surgical RN staff, OR controller, GI Direct Access RNs and Nurse Navigators
  • Foster respectful, equitable, and supportive team environment
  • Develop and manage staff schedules
  • Partner with the Clinic Manager to support quality and effectiveness initiatives
  • Promote evidence-based practice, clinical protocols, and patient-centered programs
  • Review and develop workflows to enhance efficiency and care delivery
  • Collecting and reviewing quality data for nurse navigator programs.


Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required.
  • Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider certification required.
  • At least 2 years GI endoscopy / ASC experience and previous Lead or Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • ACGN certification preferred.
  • Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.

Pay Range:
$96,196.00 - $144,295.00
