Job Description

*Overview:*
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals across the lifespan. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact on the well-being of patients and their families.

*Responsibilities:*

* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations, with experience in ADOS testing and autism evaluations
* Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
* Track and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
* Collect and analyze data; participate in research efforts that support best practices in psychology
* Offer education, guidance, and support to patients and families regarding mental health needs
* Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and interdisciplinary conferences

*Skills & Qualifications:*

* Strong understanding of psychological theories, principles, and evidence-based practices
* Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
* Proficiency in child and family counseling
* Excellent documentation skills with a commitment to confidentiality
* Skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT and psychodynamic therapy
* Competence in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
* Experience leading group therapy sessions
* Familiarity with clinical or hospital-based settings
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively
* Knowledge of special education practices is preferred
