We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician at Fox Pest Control in our Manchester branch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pest control and management and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of technicians to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Cultivate a positive team culture focused on motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform pest, termite, and mosquito control services independently as the lead field technician.
• Consistently deliver excellent service and measurable results for residential and commercial clients.
• Communicate with customers professionally, answering questions and recommending treatment plans with confidence and expertise.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all services, treatments, and inspections performed.
• Serve as the foundation of our branch by helping to train and guide future technicians as the market expands.
