Summary
Waséyabek, a 100% Tribally-owned holding company that manages the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi’s (NHBP) non-gaming economic development activities, is seeking a paid Marketing and Communications intern. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a wide variety of areas – including writing, editing, social media, project management, and more – along with a drive to consistently generate high-quality results.
Working closely with our team, you’ll write and edit content for our publications, post to our social media platforms, provide project management assistance with our third-party vendors, and collaborate on special tasks with departments from across the organization.
This internship offers the opportunity to connect with our unique audience while refining your skills, bringing your ideas to life, and contributing to meaningful projects that not only impact the organization, but the entire Waséyabek family of companies. You’ll gain practical marketing and communications experience in a professional setting while partnering on key projects that align with our vision, mission, and values.
Duration: 3 Months, Summer 2026 (20 Hours/Week)
This is an in-person position with flexible hours between 8 a.m-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
