Starting Pay Rage: $22.55 - 23.63/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

Pay Grade Range: $22.55 - 28.78/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
  • Based on experience.
  • Potential performance based pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and during merit review.

Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm

Schedule: Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday

As a Folding / Bindery Operator 2, you will:
  • Interprets written instructions to operate Stahl folding machine; loading paper; and making ready the machine while following all safety and quality control standards.
  • Completes make ready's and sets up folding machine for each run
  • Maintains a neat and organized work environment
  • Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for 10-12-hour shift, bend and reach for extended periods of time, and lift 30+ lbs
  • Able to work in varying conditions
  • May be exposed to controlled non-toxic chemical mists or vapors

Qualifications:
  • Two years' bindery experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions, read a ruler, and perform basic math
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Mechanically inclined to fix minor machinery issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
