How you will make an impact: This role plays an important part of the manufacturing process by attracting, engaging and onboarding employees and ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed in their careers.
What You'll Do: - Hire, on-board, orient and support new employees
- Promote and maintain an engaged, focused and high performing culture
- Support employees with effective employee relations, training, and benefits communications
- Support the business with compensation and change management strategies
- Provide instruction, coaching, and development to employees
- Partner with leadership to create positive business outcomes
- Ensure the safety of employees
What You Bring: - 5+ years of Human Resources experience or a relevant degree
- Proven track record for high volume recruiting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Broad knowledge of employment law, recruiting strategies, EEO/AAP, safety and policy development and application preferred
- Strong communication skills with training experience preferred
- Strong computer/systems skills are required; Dayforce experience is a plus
