*Responsibilities:*

· Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience

· Communicate concisely details about Smoothie King Products and information to all Guests

· Be responsible for product and Guest service standards

· Foster an environment of teamwork

*Requirements:*

· Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements

· Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations

· Interaction with the public and co-workers constantly and positively during shifts

· Previous quick serve and/or drink concept experience preferred

· Flexible availability - Mornings/weekend shifts

*Physical Requirements:*

· Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system

· Ability to regularly move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store

· Ability to constantly bend, reach and scoop

· Ability to access refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40-10 degrees Fahrenheit

· Ability to tolerate exposure to food allergens



*Shift Leader Responsibilities*

* *Coordinates restaurant operations, including but not limited to, labor, inventory variance and guest tracking responses during assinged shifts. May be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.*
* *Motivates Team Members to exceed guest expectations with smoothie products and friendly service in clean surroundings and delegates in a way that encourages teamwork and ensures restaurant operations with Company standards.*
* *Works with team to act on guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and professional manner.*
* *Directs, trains and motivates Team Members on each of the workstations and tasks during each shift.*

*Minimum Shift Leader Qualifications*

* *Must be at least (18) years of Age*
* *Highschool diploma or GED required*
* *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
