*BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Clinic Based*
*Job Type: Full Time *Clinic-Based)
*Salary: *$75,000-$90,000 (Competitive rates based on experience and education)

*Position Summary:* Little Legends is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team in a Full-time capacity. This clinic-based position offers competitive hourly rates, professional development opportunities, and a flexible schedule. As a BCBA at Little Legends, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing support to individuals and their families.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
* Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
* Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
* Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles.
* Conduct functional assessments and functional analysis when clinically warranted.
* Review program effectiveness, make recommendations for adjustments, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
*Qualifications:*
* Current BCBA Certification and NC LBA
* Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
* Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain).
* Previous ABA experience.
* Comfortable providing in-home, clinic based and school based services.
* Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
