_*Responsibilities*_
* Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
* Perform detailed maintenances.
* Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
* Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
* Keep your company truck clean, inside and out as an orderly HVAC Service Technician.
* Keep your truck inventory up to date.
* Properly complete paperwork.
* Join the on-call rotation as an HVAC Service Technician.
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
* Have and maintain a clean driving record.
* Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
* Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
_*Desired Skills and Experience*_
* *HVAC repair and service experience\**
* NATE certification preferred\*
* *EPA Type 2 or higher required.*
* *Plumbing experience a plus.*
* Mechanically inclined
* Comfortable making recommendations about needed repairs and replacement services as an HVAC Service Technician.
* Ability to present the price to customer and collect payment while on site
* Team player
* Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business
* Clean motor vehicle record
* *Minimum of 4 years HVAC experience required.*
