We're looking for a passionate outpatient PT to join our supportive, therapist-led clinic where your clinical judgment is respected and your voice matters.

Your Impact Day-to-Day:
* Perform thorough, patient-centered evaluations and create customized treatment plans rooted in best-available evidence
* Deliver hands-on manual therapy, targeted therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education that drives real functional change
* Build strong therapeutic alliances — patients often say they feel truly heard and cared for
* Track progress using objective measures, adjust plans thoughtfully, and collaborate with physicians/referrers when needed
* Contribute to a positive clinic culture that prioritizes professional growth and excellent patient outcomes
What We're Looking For:
* Active Physical Therapy license; Doctor of Physical Therapy
* Outpatient experience strongly preferred
* Strong foundation in evidence-based interventions and a passion for staying current
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to connect with and empower patients
* Self-motivated professional who flourishes with autonomy and accountability
