Purpose: 

The Office Support Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as a central point of coordination for day-to-day office needs, employee support, and basic administrative functions, contributing to a positive and well-organized workplace experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for in-office needs and general inquiries.
  • Support daily office operations, including mail handling, supply management, and office organization.
  • Coordinate office logistics such as meeting room scheduling, visitor check-ins, and onsite events.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g., workspace setup, badges, equipment coordination).
  • Provide administrative support to teams as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Facilities on office-related requests and issue resolution.
  • Ensure the office environment remains professional, safe, and welcoming.
  • Support compliance with company policies related to office use and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency with basic office technology and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or support role preferred.
  • Experience working in an in-office or hybrid office environment is a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple teams or stakeholders is beneficial.
  • Max 24 hours a week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the office.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in business administration or a related field preferred.

 

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
