Supply Chain Data Coordinator

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator- Supply Chain Data position provides operational and analytical assistance to the Supply Chain team by maintaining data accuracy, supporting reporting needs, and assisting with system processes. This role focuses on execution and support rather than leadership or advanced analytics. It works under the direction of the Supply Chain Data Manager and collaborates with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Data & Reporting Support
• Pull and distribute standard reports for Supply Chain departments.
• Validate and maintain data integrity in ERP/MMIS systems.
• Assist with vendor file updates and item master maintenance.
• Support cost/case data entry and cataloging activities.
• Perform basic data checks and escalate anomalies.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership.

System & Process Support
• Assist with ERP requisition and PO processes.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for Supply Chain systems.
• Support EDI processes and vendor connectivity.
• Help maintain accurate cataloging and financial coding for supplies and services.

Communication & Coordination
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to resolve data issues.
• Communicate updates and report findings to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a resource for basic system questions and process guidance.

Compliance
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all data-related activities.

Other Duties
• Perform additional tasks assigned to support Supply Chain operations.



QUALIFICATIONS


Education

  • Associate's Degree Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Required

    Work Experience
  • 1-3 years. 2 years in a supply chain or data support role.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Excel. Required

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of data integrity and reporting principles.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
