JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager of Process Implementation is responsible for implementing new processes and process changes in the operational environment. This key role will collaborate across functions to ensure processes that are being rolled out are standardized and sustainable. Essential to this role are an excellent prioritization and organizational skills as well as continuous improvement accompanied by great planning and execution abilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with business stakeholders to fully understand new processes and assess the organizational need allowing for proper prioritization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to design and develop a plan for process implementation or improvement that enables effective adoption and ensures successful and timely go-live throughout all US distribution centers.
  • Evaluate and monitor KPIs to ensure the role out was a success and sustainable – always with an eye towards continuous improvement.
  • Ensure implementations meet concise business objectives and engage the process user through relevant expectations build with them in mind.
  • Roll out new business processes in a way that promote safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Partner with operations training department to plan roll out training and learning sustainability.
  • Collaborate with field engineering to leverage field engineers as implementation resources as needed.
  • Success will be measured through process confirmations conducted post implementation demonstrating objective outcomes have been met and that applied measures are maintainable.
  • Deliver uniformity and efficiency in operational procedures, workplace, working conditions and all similar factors which affect the performance of work.
  • Support the goal to make the domestic product more profitable through continuously driving out waste, simplifying processes and use of best-known practices.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or higher degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
  • 5 years of related work experience required.
  • Experience in process management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful process implementation required.
  • Familiar with DHLeC products and processes a plus.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Attentive to detail and accurate in the execution of tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office required.
  • Strong project and time management skills, including ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to enforce required steps against rejections with strong leadership skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Regular sitting at workstation for 25 – 75% of the work shift.
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Travel required (~50%).

Annual Salary of $95,850-$176,295 This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role.
