Pharmacist – Rural Community Pharmacy
Location: Yale, Oklahoma
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)
Pay: Competitive; based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating Saturdays, no Sundays

*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate values patient-centered care, enjoys working in a close-knit community, and is comfortable practicing pharmacy with a high level of autonomy.
*Responsibilities*
* Accurately dispense prescription mediations in compliance with state and federal guidlines.
* Provide patient counseling on medications, health conditions, and over-the-counter products.
* Collaborate with prescribers to optimize patient therapy.
* Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff.
* Manage inventory levels efficiently, ensuring proper storage, expiration tracking, and compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws.
* Deliver immunizations and other clinical services, as needed.
* Foster strong relationships with patients and community providers.
*Requirements*
* Active Pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma.
* Ability to perform in high stress/high-demand environment.
* Must be self-driven, hardworking, and efficient.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in pharmacy software systems
* Must be detail oriented and have solid organizational skills.
* Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
