Process and balance daily incoming and outgoing return items
Notify branch officers of large returned deposited items
Create notices and IRDs
Process return requests from branch locations
Process incoming and outgoing without entry/affidavit requests
Assist branch locations with research requests for chargebacks and returned items
Balance Money Order/ Inclearing /ATM /Branch Capture files
Send bank files
Assist in Positive Pay review
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this piosition

REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer service skills
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and independent thinker
Ability to work well with a team

Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of keying and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
