Forklift Operator - South Plant (Crawfordsville, IN)Starting Pay: $21.39-$26.75 per hour, plus a
7% shift premium for second and third shifts

What You'll DoAs a Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our production moving smoothly by safely and efficiently transporting materials throughout the facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating forklifts to move materials and products.
- Maintaining accurate inventory using our materials management system (COMN).
- Organizing and managing warehouse storage areas.
- Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Performing daily safety inspections on equipment.
- Replacing forklift batteries and propane tanks.
- Collaborating with your team and cross-training in various areas.
- Participating in training to support your career growth.
- Must be able to obtain LSC Communications hoist license by attending class and meeting requirements.
- Able to communicate well with operators and crews.
- Must be personally committed to concepts of high employee involvement, continuous improvement, and diversity.
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
- Ability to remain seated for the duration of the shift
Qualifications - Previous forklift experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
