The Multi-Site Donation Supervisor provides on-site leadership across Goodwill’s donation network, including scattered donation sites, brick-and-mortar donation centers, and mobile donation units. This role is responsible for coordinating daily workflows, supporting team members, and ensuring donors experience safe, efficient, and welcoming service at every location. The Supervisor monitors productivity and quality standards, responds to issues in real time, and makes informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Serving as a visible leader in the field, this position reinforces Goodwill’s people-first culture and operational excellence by modeling professional behavior, clear communication, and accountability during every shift.
