Job Description
International Health Solutions is looking for an outstanding Physical Therapist / PT to join our dynamic team.
*Responsibilities:*
* Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions.
* Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance.
* Provide Home Health Aide staff with written instructions/care plan that reflects current plan of care as related to therapy, supervise/evaluate staffs' performance. Report patient's progress to the patient's physician, Clinical Manager, staff, patient and family.
* Submit evaluation, treatment plans, progress reports and discharge summary to the supervisor and care management staff.
*Qualifications:*
Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
