Licensed Therapist (_*LCSW, fully licensed preferred*_)
Carter Clinic offers a supportive team environment for clinicians who desire to provide quality, evidenced based, individual therapy to individuals and families. We are currently seeking an outstanding, licensed therapist to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
* Perform clinical assessments, including psycho-social history, diagnosis, and treatment recommendation
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Able to use evidence-based practice, treatment, and protocols to provide proper ongoing treatment
* Accurately document client progress, treatment planning and any ancillary services recommended
* Participate in case consultation, and collaboration with clinical team to promote client stability, recovery, and treatment planning as needed
* Effective communication and compliance with confidentiality of client and staff information
* Maintains accurate, timely chart information in compliance with State, funding source, and agency quality assurance guidelines
Requirements:
* A Master's degree from a regionally accredited university
* Proficiency in comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and on-going treatment planning
* Excellency in writing and accurate documentation of sessions
* Active licensure to practice with the state of North Carolina, _(LCSW, LPCMH, dual licensure preferred)_
* Experience with mental health and addiction services. _(CBT, DBT, Play Therapists Certification preferred)_
* Availability to see clients in office or hybrid telehealth via HIPAA compliant platform
* Must have the ability to be credentialed with Alliance Health Plan, Trillium Health Resources, Eastpointe, Sandhills Center, Partners Behavioral Health Management, and the PrePaid Health Plans: Healthy Blue (BCBS), AmeriHealth Caritas, Carolina Complete Health, UHC, and Wellcare. Clinician has the opportunity to build caseload to full-time status. (*Preference given to those applicants already enrolled/credentialed)*

Schedule: Monday - Friday with flexibility to meet client needs
Location: Multiple sites telehealth
