As a Security Administrator with JCTM, you will support the construction, accreditation, and secure operation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) across U.S. Marine Corps installations. Challenging Projects
You will support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory and the Deputy Commandant for Information ICD 705 Task Force throughout the lifecycle of secure facility implementation. Projects include support during construction phases, coordination with receiving units, and direct involvement in day-to-day operations of accredited facilities across sites in Hawaii, Yuma, and Okinawa.
Key Responsibilities
During SCIF/SAPF Construction:
Support the Task Force Site Security Manager (SSM) in oversight and documentation of:Delivery of construction and security materialsSite preparation, structure assembly, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and IT componentsAssist receiving units with preparing classified program documentation required for facility operationOnce Accredited:
Support or assume the role of Site Security Representative (SSR) or Contract Special Access Program Officer (CSSO) to oversee daily SCIF/SAPF operations:Control, safeguarding, and accountability of classified materialsOversight of classified material destruction proceduresVisitor access certification and trackingUse of DISS and/or JADE to manage access recordsExecution of physical, personnel, information, and technical security measuresCoordination of tenant and visitor access requirementsSupport for system installs, upgrades, and de-installs associated with Programs-of-RecordLevel II Candidates Will:

Level I:
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience supporting SCIF/SAPF operations or ICD 705 constructionExperience with MS Word and documentation toolsFamiliarity with DISS/JADE systems and SCIF operational securityAbility to travel locally within base areas and perform duties outdoors as neededLevel II:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.
Expected Salary Range
In accordance with Hawaii’s pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $85,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, level (I or II), and location (Hawaii, Yuma, or Okinawa). Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s background and alignment with the responsibilities of the position.
