Job DescriptionAs a
Level 2 Material Handler here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials within our facility. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to various departments.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our operations by ensuring that materials are handled safely and accurately, contributing to the smooth flow of production and the timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Location: Tempe, AZ Plant
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines
- Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts
- Utilize SAP system to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure proper storage of materials in designated locations
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
