Position Title: OnBase System Administrator Department: Enterprise Business Solutions Job Description: The overall purpose of the OnBase System Administrator role is to maintain and monitor the OnBase system, ensuring that all processes are working correctly. This includes performing system checks, reviewing and correcting imports, triaging Service Now tickets, and providing Active Directory assistance for end-users' access. The OnBase System Administrator I may also need to perform system resets, move document types, queries, filters, and minor changes into production, and communicate with end-users about any system changes or issues. Additionally, the position may assist with testing, quality assurance, and migration of changes, as well as end-user training and documentation of new processes.
