Job Description: The primary role is to develop the Medical Assistant Teams and Medical Assistant Leads at SCL Health Medical Group Clinics with a focus on workflows, protocols and team building and development. This role will strongly collaborate with the Clinic Managers and partner with Process Improvement, Ambulatory Informatics, Pharmacy and other system resources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for development and coaching of Medical Assistants (MA) Responsible for developing MA and MA lead clinic orientation and training materials.
