The Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a 12-month position that provides strategic leadership and programmatic vision around issues of diversity, equity, inclusion in the community. The Director works in partnership with the senior leadership team to shape and sustain an inclusive community that is respectful and affirming of all its members.
