Laboratory Research Technician IV Med-Surgery - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (25006258) The Khan Lab investigates mechanisms linking inflammation, autophagy, and carcinogenesis in patients with colorectal cancer, focusing on colitis and environmental exposures such as burn-pit toxins. Using murine models, organoids, and advanced molecular techniques, we aim to define how innate immune sensors like cGAS regulate epithelial and immune responses during inflammation-associated colorectal cancer development. We are seeking a Laboratory Research Technician IV to join our translational research team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in molecular biology, histology, and cell-based assays, capable of managing complex workflows independently, and comfortable in both mouse and human tissue research settings.
