Position Title: Human Resources Coordinator Description Job Overview The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and provides administrative and operational support to the Corporate HR Team and the SVP of HR. This role supports key HR functions including policies and procedures, recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, employment verifications, employee relations, engagement initiatives, communications, compliance, and reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding employee records and all sensitive information in which this position comes into contact. Assist with recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling and initial screening of candidates. Coordinate and process pre-employment screenings, new hire paperwork, and assist with onboarding.
