Central Research, Inc. (CRI) has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative II. This position provides phone and email support for a Federal client in Oakland, Maryland. This position will be telework/work from home until COVID-19 safety precautions change. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide a high-level of customer service in all responsibilities • Answer customer phone calls and emails • Provide correct answers or refer customers to appropriate next steps • Learn necessary information to provide high-level customer service about relevant topics Minimum Qualifications: • 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment including: managing inbound and outbound calls, receiving, and responding to email and faxes • High school diploma or equivalency • Public Trust security clearance • US citizenship required per the contract Preferred Qualifications: •...
