Description: Texas Biomed is growing its accounting team and adding an Accounts Receivable Specialist . This position will perform accounting functions associated with accounts receivable and other financial transactions. The Role: · Assists with AR customer billing to include setting up customers, preparing invoices, and collections. · Enters financial data entries into the accounting system for processing, review and approval. · Responds to internal and external requests for documentation or information, updating or researching information as needed to ensure quick resolution to issue. · Prepares and maintains various files, schedules and spreadsheets, as needed. · Assist in importing data in the accounting system, such as award templates, budget modifications, financial data such as GL accounts, posting dates, etc. · Assist in preparing journal entries and various adjusting entries for review and approval. · Assist in reconciling various general ledger accounts....
