Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining efficient manufacturing processes within a CNC machine shop environment. This role serves as the technical bridge between engineering, CNC programming, quality, and production, ensuring parts are manufactured safely, on time, at the highest quality, and at optimal cost. The Manufacturing Engineer drives continuous improvement in machining processes, work instructions, tooling, fixturing, and workflow.
