JOB FUNCTION/ PURPOSE The Lead Operator is responsible for training and overseeing the daily activities of Operators and solving complex operations problems and performing maintenance/operations activities at water/wastewater treatment facilities. TN Water Treatment Grade IV certification or ability to receive reciprocity preferred but not required. Shift is Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm with flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
