Job Summary
The Territory Manager serves customers by developing and maintaining sales within a general geographical area, meeting customer needs, and growing Kloeckner business as aligned with company strategy. This position reports directly to the Commercial Director in a region. This position will cover the Ohio territory and requires willingness to travel 100%.
Job Responsibilities
Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new business
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
Works closely with inside sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and problems are adequately resolved in a timely and complete fashion
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory...
