Minimum Equipment Lists Program Manager Summary The Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL) Program Manager is responsible for the coordination in matters concerning development, content, administration, and control of Allegiant’s Minimum Equipment Lists, Configuration Deviation Lists (CDL), Non-essential Equipment and Furnishings (NEF), Maintenance Control Center Procedures and Policy Letters. The Manager ensures that the MEL, CDL and NEF programs adhere to all FAA and CFR requirements. Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
