Job Type Full-Time Overview Reporting to the associate dean in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students (ODUS), the community standards coordinator assists the deputy dean and associate dean with coordination of undergraduate disciplinary matters. ODUS processes an average of 230-330 disciplinary cases annually, heard by the Residential College Disciplinary Board (RCDB), the Faculty-Student Committee on Discipline (COD), or the Honor Committee. Responsibilities The coordinator assists in the preparation and tracking of disciplinary case files, including assembling all electronic documents, ensuring that all documentation is included, accurately organizing the files, and redacting where appropriate. The coordinator also uploads and maintains electronic files and record keeping, tracks and distributes Public Safety reports and other documents, and provides records to the deans upon request.
