Job Summary: The HRIS Analyst has primary responsibility for maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems (i.e. ADP, Kronos) supported by HR. Manages the implementation of software upgrades ensuring system integrity. Analyzes and determines system requirements information requirements and assist with the design, modification and implementation of new or modified systems designed to meet business needs. Updates and trains system users on functionality needed to perform their job functions. Primary contact for end-user questions related to systems. Responsible for developing and maintaining human resources related reports and responding to a variety of data requests from across the organization. Resolves system processing issues and identifies process enhancements required to improve operational efficiencies.
