Position Title: Manager- Contract Administrator Description Job Summary The Manager, Contract Administration leads the organizations contract lifecycle management (CLM) function, establishing standards, processes, and governance to ensure contracts are negotiated, executed, stored, and administered in a timely, compliant, and business-aligned manner. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Admin, Operations, Finance, Legal, and business leadership. Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve end-to-end contract administration processes, including intake, drafting support, negotiation support, approvals, execution, obligations tracking, amendments, renewals, and closeout.
