Role Summary The Storeroom clerk is responsible for unpacking and packing goods, recording incoming and outgoing materials, conducting periodic stock inventories and monitor consumption of parts in SAP. The essential role is to ensure smooth storeroom operations and keep the storerooms stocked, organized and clean. This position will work closely with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. What You’ll Do: Receive new parts from the Purchasing and Warehouse Department, verify them against the original request, label them and place them in the corresponding bin location Return parts damaged on receipt to the vendor and follow up on reordering Monitor maximum and minimum inventories for parts Run SAP reports to identify parts that need to be reordered and create the necessary purchase requests for the parts under the minimum stock level Verify that the virtual location remains free of non-moving parts for more than 24 hours and resolve each case so that there...
