Primary Responsibilities: Participate in scoping sessions with the client, produce detailed estimates, negotiate proposals with client, produce subcontractor bid packages, administer and oversee subcontractor field activities, produce in-house production reports and project schedules, etc. as required to effectively manage several projects at once.
