Job Description: Summary: The System Clinical Educator is responsible for the planning, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of clinical programing based on educational principles, theory, and research. The Clinical Educator is expected to provide the support, guidance and mentoring needed to enable clinical team members to practice competently within established standards, policies and procedures that are required to meet department, facility and system goals. The individual must demonstrate a superior level of clinical expertise; serving as role model for professional practice. The Educator is expected to learn EMR system to support clinical staff needs.
