As a Lead Test Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will take a senior leadership role in driving the test engineering strategy and execution for complex aerospace products. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test plans that ensure compliance with rigorous industry standards and customer requirements. Your deep technical expertise in RF testing, range testing, and qualification testing (including DO-160, environmental, and EMI) will be critical in validating product performance and reliability under diverse operational conditions. You will report directly to our Sr Software Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location on a Hybrid work schedule.
